It is good to be confident w/ conviction, backed by faith, and and and am guessing there would not be any meaningful trade agreement between teams China and USA during the trump presidency, to end-2024, simply because there is no need for one on either side, and should there be a need on one or the other side but not both, then in all cases no agreement. The trade war can be settled as and when, based on reversion to what-was, full-stop. Trump is happy w/ the trade war, apparently w/ the Treasury in-take of tariffs, and Xi is also good w/ the trade war, with the benefits both political and economic - ummmmmph for change at many levels , so apparently they both get what they want out of the war. The minor inconveniences for the everyday are meaningless in overarching macro context. I do not see why a trade war cannot last for 5-10 years, and come to a natural end 2026 - 2032. the mathematics is simple, that what was going to happen shall happen, relatively, and over the same elapsed time, even if the absolutes might be different than w/o trade war. Of course, the relativity also relates to gold, that which phase-changes amongst its various states, metal dirt, metal commodity, metal money, metal faith, metal unobtainium. Longer the trade war, higher the gold pricing
