Here's something you fascists have trouble understanding: In a capitalist system, development isn't done by national governments but by international capitalist firms.

Example: Guyana has lots of oil reserves but its a small poor economy with no GDP to develop it. No problem. Oil firms are knocking on their doors offering to develop it for them.
