From an economic standpoint for Denmark it would make sense to sell Greenland. I think an offer was made years back for $100 billion. Denmark could probably hold out for a slightly higher price if a bidding war starts between the USA and China. They are unable/unwilling to see the possibilities not just with Greenland but on issue after issue like space force, Mars mission, infrastructure, tariffs, etc
