DT, haven't decided yet. Right now 321k shares traded, PSIX at 7 5/16. I disagree with BOD decision to go ahead with fiber deal, I think it restricts them. 10/share is cheap, but unless PSIX finds itself in an all out bidding war, don't think we'll see much more than that. I think at least we should see some support above $6 maybe $7 with the offer, IMHO. At least it shows the street that some people think PSIX worth at least $10/share. I still hate this IXC deal. PSIX has underperformed for so long, I have no faith in this management. None whatsoever. regards, cg
