Trump failed to stop North Korea from testing its missiles. He failed to compel Iran to accept new restrictions on its nuclear research programs. He failed to get Mexico to pay for the wall. He failed to broker a peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians. He failed to persuade the other members of the G-7 to readmit Russia. The bloated mango has been playing with his toy ships in the bathtub again.
