I am at a loss for what is going on. Does anyone know how much institutional holdings of HEC exists. The tie to the services industry doesn't make too much sense, unless some big holders are blindly dumping all O&G stocks.
I just wish I could buy some more right now.
The Rosa Blanca is somewhat "tight" as far as porosity goes, but that
really doesn't matter in a fractured rock... I will assume permeability is within the norms too.. but they didn't say. The frequency of vertical fractures comment would indicate the zone is an appropriate target for horizontal production. Overall the report was very positive. The production tests will provide us with a lot more quality information as far as performance goes. These horizontals can really look great on the front end and end up dissappointing. I wish I could be more positive. I put a lot more weight on the Estero than the Catalina for now. That could change later, but for now we have good news from both. Why in the world is the stock headed South??????
