Over a year ago I was thinking same until recently. Obviously he is invested in batteries.
As to efficiencies he is dead wrong, extraction of H2 was achieved up to 95%

True the problem is in the fuel cell only 60% efficiency but 60% from 38.8kwh /kg compared to 0.25 kwh/kg in Li-Ion

THere are many wrinkle to straighten up but that is the fuel of the future.
