Tomas: You're right. At least in theory, if the drug has been approved, that's a major hurdle. BUT - It's still no short distance for the FDA to Okay the delivery system. Plus, use of the drug for other purposes has not been approved, to my knowledge. I have patents on a simple bottle which is used to house drugs. it will take close to a year for the FDA to approve my bottle for use with any drug even though the materials adhere to current standards. They just move in Gov't time. And that can be a problem for a company in need of fast returns on their investment. Regards, Wally
