Thanks for CC comments. I guess expectations for an upside surprise in mar qtr have been dashed. Did they give a reason for pegging mar qtr to low end of q to q growth @5% or why margins would decline? Did they say they were still comfortable with meeting earnings est this qtr?

something just dawned on me as I prepared to keep FORE as a long term position. Should we expect to see downgrades tomorrow/next week? This would seem to make sense after all.. A downgrade of any sort, even if just to 'hold' would probably send us back below the good old $15 resistance.

Any input appreciated on this matter as I spend the rest of the evening deciding wether to hold this one or not. boy what a difference a day makes in this world, eh?!?!?
