Although I am not a Democrat, I believe Bill has done a heck of a job as President: no inflation, interest rate, economy growing, peace time etc etc. It is unfortunate that whatever happened behind the bedroom door is made public. I am concerned about the presidency. Would we bring down a competent president just because of this alleged infidelity? Or would you rather have Indonesian President Suharto in his place?

Let one without a sin casts the first stone.

Ain't the sex thing that should bother you, it's the attached felony that may of happened. This administration continues to sell out the american country for the sake of chinese influence, cut down trees in the grand canyon for a photo op in the name environmentalist while swindling Utah land owners of their mineral rights (they didn't even have the guts to do that one in Utah!), and over-all show a general lack of concern for the welfare of the american people. You should be really upset if it's true. Judging from the track record of this man, ... you figure it out.

BTW Paula Jones started her claims long ago, it's been thanks to Clinton foot dragging that this has gone this long.

Jim

<<So far I tend to disbelief that Billy was THAT stupid (in office)>>

That's one of the points to be made. You have to question his judgment. What I heard from a Newsweek editor on TV this morning is that the special prosecutor's office (Starr) wired Tripp while she took Lewinski step by step through the history of the affair and Clinton's and Jordan's "suggestion" that she deny the affair if subpoenaed. (This after Tripp was defamed and branded a liar by the spin-meisters at the White House when she made previous, unrelated allegations. So she undertook to tape 20 hours of conversations with Lewinski on her own. Then she took these to Starr, and now history unfolds.)

Lewinski has already denied, under oath, in a deposition to the special prosecutor. Now she has to give a deposition for the Jones suit, and apparently she is going to take the fifth, although it sounds like her attorney is positioning her for a deal.

> "butt-ugly Paula Jones"

Would you also refer to Chelsea with that term? The point is that
governor Clinton ordered an employee (referred to by Clintonites as
"white trailer trash with big hair") to kneel down and please him.
I doubt Clinton was interested in love, it was closer to the power
trip that's involved in rape. Are you saying that because she wasn't
beautiful she's somehow an irritant not to be bothered with? Clinton
was getting off on being someone important and powerful humiliating
someone who is not. Bosses across the country are getting the green
light to emulate Clinton's lying and womanizing behavior.
