I started my position in LXP 9/4/2018 w/ a Buy at $8.83/share. I wanted a REIT w/ exposure in the warehouse sector. Was lucky to get shares on/after company decided to sell transition into that space and sell some of their office assets.

It looks like the company will be selling the remaining of their office assets and will now be a 'pure' industrial REIT.
