That may be what OSCI needs to breathe life into it--a dirty moderator on that board in the form of Zardiw, who can harass any skeptics while singing hymns about the company. It looks like the stock is mostly moribund so I don't know how much success the attempt at pumping the stock will have. I don't know much about OSCI...but with Zardiw on board, my money says there's a 90% chance that it's a straight up scam. People like Zardiw seem to gravitate toward scams, although scams aren't that hard to find in the pennies anyway.
