Scott, I would be interested in Dennis' reaction to my comments. I will share them when he offers them. I am sure he will post them to the RAIN thread and when he does I will link you to them.On a company the size of PH, it would seem that this type of total public disclosure would alienate the anaylsts who follow the Company by taking away the "edge" they all feel they should have. Bottom line in my opinion, he is "running scared" and is trying to deflect the heat of the company's failures. In 30 years of investing, I must say I have never seen such a disclosure. It will be interesting to see if it works. My thought is if you are in a time of turmoil where shareholder confidence could be eroded you pull out all of the stops and list your vision for the company. This is what PH has done. I am very curious about the vision that Corky has for BNGO. I think that we will find out more as time progresses. The problem right now is the shareholders are losing confidence in management and no longer know what the direction of this company is. We started in Bingo halls, cranked up VGMs, and now have stated 1 bingo hall per week in 1998. With the political climate in SC that may be prudent to re-focus on bingo halls, but I would like and I am sure others would like some better definition of the vision of management. It is a fractured view right now. You certainly don't have to give away all of your secrets, but to get across that management has a plan, is on track and things are going well would be a calming influence. If only this was done then maybe some of the loyal shareholders through the warrant call would still be around instead of recognizing some signficant losses to their net worth. The management cannot control the stock market, but they can control some of the fears and anxieties that become present in the shareholders.Otherwise managment would be "quitely" slipping out the door, instead of what you are seeing here. This is a very perceptive comment I think. Management is sticking around as are a few shareholders because what we see is a company that is destined for greatness .... once the current power struggles are resolved. At least I hope that is a correct read. Imagine what would happen if Corky were to leave! ACK! Remember, no individual controls more that 15% of the Company. Hmmm...wish I did! <<gg>>There are company's that would die for the loyalty you all have for this Company. I have to believe this has not gone totally unnoticed by Management. I hope you are correct about this. I have a phone call into JTO and he has not gotten back to me yet. I am not surprised or at all up-set by that, but I do hope once things settle down and he feels he can call he will. I think the information that the company releases over the next couple of weeks will let us all know their level of commitment to both the future of this company and the shareholders. GO PACK GO! -Scott
