I do think you could be right about some recession like indicators showing up. But my long term view was we would get a minor recessionary dip around the year 2020. So we may be in the beginning stages. But I also speculate the market is pricing this in by its zig zag move over the last year and a half. Not all bears markets have to look like 2000 or 2008. Those waterfall corrections are rare, and we could just continue to zig and zag while creating almost as much bearishness as a crash. This will fuel the next run which could begin at any moment.

I do think we will see a bigger recession in the mid 2020's. This one will be just a blip.
