Hi Ken;This is a report we published last night from a Broker who visited Dan Master's and their facilities. We did not edit anything and just published it .We did not seek this opinion or evaluation and it was done independent of anything we wrote about the Company.I must say it reaffirms my belief that this Company is well undervalued but not for long. Here is the report. MISM:OTC BB NASDAQ First picked at .31, MISM has been pretty volatile as of late. The day-to-day fluctuations of the stock are nothing to worry about. Solid news about the latest aquisitions will come in due time. One of our fellow investors sent his broker to go have a first hand look at MISM in Toronto. The Broker visited Dan Master's last weekend. Oput writes: " About a half dozen of us in the tri-state area of Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa have a stock broker who flew to Canada and visited with Mism officials and 2 facilities over the weekend. We wanted to know first-hand what our broker thought of the Mism situation, future plans, present facilities, etc. He came back bubbling over with enthusiasm for the company's future prospects. He told us, "I know that somebody's trying to beat the sh!t out of the stock, but from the checking I've done and from what I saw this past weekend, and from my conversations with Dan Masters, I sure as hell don't think this is only a 3/8 stock." The Wheel to Wheel facility was busy when he drove around it on two occasions--it's in a busy location--, and when visited the Pretzel Twister facility at the mall--which he said was a first class mall--there was a line-up of people to be served. He took pictures of the facilities. He also had a long conversation with Dan Masters, and he said Dan is brimming with ideas for existing and future projects in the franchise area, franchising being Dan's primary area of expertise. The broker's feeling is that Mism is one of those stocks "where you let the results speak for themselves. As the details of these multi-unit transactions are hammered out and things come together, the results will speak louder than anything anybody can say." He's expecting some "nice pops" for Mism in the coming weeks. It should be pointed out that the broker himself has just recently invested in Mism, so he has a more-than-passing interest in the company and its prospects--not only for himself, but for future inquiries re same. Of course, everyone should do his/her own dd. "
