You’re right. I was halfway through college before I learned how to learn. As an accounting major I didn’t have to study. It came naturally to me and I could read the chapters a few times and consistently score pretty much the highest grades in my classes. But when I started taking higher math and statistics and computer science I had to put in time.

By the time I was in graduate school, it was way beyond reasonable, but a great time for me. When you’re young you can soak up knowledge like a sponge. Lots harder for me today.
