Myron,Bruce,Dauntless are much better defending Zona than Keith. And
they understand phentolamine better.

The rejected second patent to protect the first is completely ludicrous.

Keith, your due diligence is mess up, this is the worst recycling of
Zonagen's news ever.

Hey TexasDude, Off Topic.

When you say "in my community" does that mean the immediate community?

I'm an ex-in-the-community dude. Man, I miss the parking spaces.

Texas Dude, <<Well maybe it was the fact that I stayed up last night singing, "Tonight is the Night" or some other sleep deprivation cause, but your statement of applying for a second patent and if it isn't approved will strengthen their first patent, is very confusing to me.Why in the hell would anyone apply for a patent if is going to weaken their patent protection they already have? You imply that a rejection is a positive for ZONA> I will sit back now and wait for an explanation and while waiting I will hum a few bars of my favorite song.(:>)>>

Dude , I like your style. have you ever thought of applying for a consulting position with a certain gentelman called Kenneth Starr? I believe that pretty soon he may have just the right opening for you. Please consider it. You can always can back here and resume
hard line questioning in Zona thread ( all inclusive with tracking night times, day times etc, and monitoring all the occasions were we have substantive change of form and matter such as from pill to sublingual then to nasal spray possibly via pulmonary inhaltion).
I personally gave that monitoring up long ago since I figured the patient would be long dead from the pill. But it appears to me that ZONA has at least 7 lives and as stated , will reemerge next as a spray. You may need to look closely to all the patents: it may be there already.
