What team china wants, team china get from elsewhere. in a fully transparent nut shell, per spirit of free trade, that trade by exercise of volition :0) only brain-pickled troppo-baked cannot see what strategic composure actually means, want to talk, pickup the phone, and do not want to talk, don't. in a couple situation either the guy or the girl hates that protocol, and the wait by the phone.
