<CYLK I was just wondering if you could give me a FA point of view of the company.>

Pascal, Thurs. is my day off from the computer. I'm on for less than an hour and just to catch up with everything. What do you say we do the CYLK FA together? Let's do the whole enchilada on CYLK. Take it apart and see what it's all about.

Pascal, Cylink is a stock to keep an eye on but may not be ready for
your list. CYLK as I am sure that you know, provides network security
software, with an emphasis on the wiresless sector. In Sept. CYLK
received attention due to its licensing agreement with Microsoft. This licensing agreement will result in zero revenues for CYLK but is potentially beneficial in obtaining future business and setting industry standarts.

Cylink's business sector is fragmented and highly competitive as I know thay you are aware of. zdii.com

It's just too early to tell just how succesful CYLK will be in establishing
market share with it's new products and technology.

Pittway Corporation (PRY) owns about 34% of CYLK

Two analysts have initiated coverage this month, one a buy and the other a strong buy rating. The company's business strategy has targeted underdeveloped countries for an increasing amount of business growing from 35% in '94 to 52% in'97. Insiders have been
selling shares in May, Oct. and Nov. at prices higher than today's close.

I hope that you return often to this thread and share your stock ideas
with us.
Looks to me like this stock should heat up prior to the earnings release on 2/5. Would you agree?
