Texas Instruments to Acquire Spectron Microsystems from Dialogic Corporation PARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 22, 1998--Dialogic Corporation (NASDAQ-DLGC), announced today that Texas Instruments Incorporated (NYSE:TXN - news) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the principal assets and operations of Spectron Microsystems, a wholly-owned subsidiary. While the specific terms are subject to closing adjustments, it is expected that the purchase price will be in the range of $20 to $26 million. The transaction is expected to be finalized by March 1, subject to governmental approval and conditions at closing. Commenting on the transaction, Howard G.
