Hello, Mark. I agree with your post. To say the very least, the DBCO stockholders simply do not believe that the management will be successful in selling the company for anything more than $2. The board of DBCO is supposed to convene tomorrow on 1/23. When do you think the details of the offers that DBCO received will be disclosed? I hope that the board will not be manipulated by the management so much that it turns down the offer from Eco. At this point, I will be glad to walk away with anything above $2, whcih is about the price I paid. Regards, Baoho
