Good luck with that. Best hope is the new money coming in here are going to consolidate power and eventually clean house at TLT head office. But so many shares out there now with so many different private placements that spread em around it will be hard to gain control of the stock. I hope some one does get control of this. Meanwhile, assuming amazing success in the next 12 months, at $3.00 a share, how rich will management become? What will be their incentive to maximize the value of any proposed transaction if they become satisfactorily rich with a low ball offer. I say again we should pray that TLT shares attract at least 2 suitors. TLT board still looks like a friendly buddy system, not an emerging pharmaceutical giant. Never foresaw the nightmare of this latest PP. Buyers conveniently without a hold period dumping heavily and keeping the warrants for a 5 year option on possible amazing success. Current shareholders selling to buy the listed warrants for a 3 x the leverage for the money play. ETC. What a shit show. I have nothing but disdain for Roger. A shame the board of his buddies could not see the need to fire him when the OSC rulings against him confirmed incompetence with intent.
