Carol, Unless I'm missing something I think you are absolutely right (keeping the "sickies" off the net.) There are a number of ways around that...the first that comes to mind is using an alias..they're free. It sounds like either some politicians are up for reelection or someone with good intentions have not given this a lot of thought. I doubt ISP's are going to be real crazy about being liable for some pervert accessing the internet. opps...gotta' run...I'll be back later. T.R.
