Interesting points. KRY traded up to 6.50 and then sold off. What a great opportunity to sell into that rally. Did anyone do that?? Of course not.Do we want to see that again??? Imagine if we all tried to do that and sell into the rally.Trading is great at times>>>>>>

Carl,

Unfortunately I agree with your comments re: The Insider Report. Last year I sent them an e-mail stating almost precisely what you have posted here re: pump and dump. They do prey on the novice investor with their touts about junior exploratory companies. They never did respond to my e-mail. Their record is shameful.

So many investors (I used to be one of them) have little knowledge about the junior mining game, and become swept up in the pie in the sky scenerio that they are easily mislead. It is difficult to convey to most people that a very large majority of these companies are simply trading plays, nothing more.

I have traded Kry this past year with relatively good success. The main reason I have remained reasonably (emphasis on reasonably) bullish has been for the reporting of BB. Now I realize that people make mistakes, and we should not hold these newsletter writers up as infalable, and then blame them for all our trading mistakes. But this is a unique situation, which he has followed very closely for the past year, and written extensively about in his newsletter. I believe his reputation will be badly tarnished if PDG wins this court ruling. That in itself certainly does not warrant a no lose proposition, but after considerable DD with much input from BB I have taken the position that I now maintain.

It is a difficult situation without a doubt. I would not be surprised if individuals at Insider Report were trading against their recommendation on Kry and number of other touts over the last while. They (as I have posted) have been screaming next week for a long time. But then again we as investors need to recognize this and learn to deal with it accordingly.

Regards.

Carl,

I wish I'd said that. How true. Thanks for taking the time to post your thoughts.

I'm also convinced that most paid newsletter writers are playing the same game.

Cheers, Bob
