I out of my CKFR. I'm out because I'm worried about what MSFDC will do to the market's perception of CKFR's dominant position. I think CKFR will dominate because, IMHO, banks have no love of Gates & Co.. Having said that, FDC does have relationships with a lot of banks and I think its too early to call how the JV will do against CKFR. Meantime, CKFR is not particularly inexpensive. I've owned the stock since $10 and its seems prudent to take some chips off the table. I will be looking to get back in at some point as I think they ultimately will prevail. No flames please - this is just MHO. Good luck to all!!
