It's very reasonable. They had some issues they were aware of last year and started to address them. This isn't the only city doing it. Many cities are trying to use more renewables. Fox took a few facts, rearranged them and then put out a headline written by an opinion writer that is almost a year old but the original poster says it's only a few hours old. Since he doesn't know the time of the real opinion piece he didn't check to see what happened since then. We could spend our entire lives correcting the lies fox and they fall for but to what end? They're hopeless.
