<Case in point were four insider sells made in the 35 dollar range last year.> For whatever it's worth, folks need to remember other possible yet realistic reasons for insider selling. Case in point: stock options expired after 10 years from the date it was granted. If you don't cash out, you lose it! To me, that's good enough reason to sell now. For a stock that has gone multiples since five years ago, people are kicking themselves for selling early, unless they have to!
