Meghan,

One well-timed trade does not a pattern make.
If you look at ALL of the trades, ADI's stock has traditionally gone up and insiders have sold all along. I am a big believer in
insider buying and mid to long term stock price. Stock sells
are foreboding for many companies...and I have seen that well.
Just with ADI, it seems that there is always insider selling, and cannot be taken as an indicator as they have not been able to catch the top in most cases.

By the time ADSL becomes consumer ready, ADI will be there too.
56 kps modems still have legs, albeit short ones.
