Cohen gets the court's OK to pursue FatRump for legal fees.

Yesterday the court granted Cohen the power to gather additional evidence to make his case that FatRump really did agree to pay his legal fees.

Michael Cohen’s legal victory over McDonald FatRump in Thursday’s NY State Supreme Court decision means Cohen can subpoena FatRump to testify to prove case that FatRump owes him legal fees.

If FatRump refuses, Cohen can obtain ‘default judgment’ and seize FatRump assets to pay off debt.
