Buying Greenland would be a waste of money. It;s been allied with us and serving OUR defense needs for almost 70 years. As the permafrost thaws, we could mine it for precious minerals. The permafrost isn't going away ..... you are promoting climate alarmism. Furthermore, we don't need to buy it to mine its minerals. Mining is done by capitalist companies in our world who sell the products on the open market. So there's no reason we need to own it. Trump showed some brilliance in proposing it, though. No, he showed his primitive economic thinking. He thinks we're still in a feudalistic economy where the king of a country controls everything and withholds them from everyone else. American companies buy and sell resources to Canada, Mexico, Europe all the time.. He's an idiot. And I think the people praising him are making themselves look like idiots.
