Hi Robert,

Fundamental analysis is aged and not relevant.
I agree with that statement that is why I place more credence in Technical Analysis.

However, I get curious as to why there is a sudden drop in share price and it does not happen out of the blue and when I find discussions about year over year and quarter over quarter changes in revenue, I am sure that investors view this negatively and bail in this trading climate.

Then you have the disputes between the USA and China over micro-chips and hi-tech component sales in China I am sure that this must have had an effect on investors.

but that was over a year ago... surely this payment would would have shown up on their balance sheet by now if they were debt free....or am I missing something here?

I admit I am weak in this area and have limited resources so I might have made a mistake.

I have not said this is a bad company... but at this point it would be only a watch for me. If they continue their climb and deal with resistances ahead AND clear the Ichimoku clouds... I would consider it for purchase but that will be a ways away timewise it will not rebound as fast as it fell IMHO
