It's rich claiming that Obama had the high ground on deficits and debt. He still holds the record for increases in our national debt. If Trump gets a second term, I have no doubt he'll beat that record, but the fact remains that Obama was no fiscal conservative.

Now, why would I support Trump on the economy over Democrats? Because the Democrats are Socialist and they are proposing free shit as far as the eye can see. Trump may get us to $30 Trillion in debt, but the Socialists will get us to $40-50 Trillion. Their Green New Deal alone is said to cost $10 trillion over the next 10 years. Add to that all the other stuff like free health care ($5 trillion), free college ($2 trillion), and Universal Basic Income ($5 trillion)....well, we're at $22 Trillion of new debt right there. But it won't end there with the Socialists. They'll pay for it all with MMT, which means we'll have a Zimbabwe-like currency crisis.

So my answer to the Socialists is not just no, it's HELL NO. Trump's fiscal policies are positively conservative in comparison, but Trump's reciprocal trade policies, his stance on China, and his economic policies are all excellent. We didn't need a lot of the tax cut he passed, but we have to take the bad with the good. No one is perfect, but Trump is a damned sight better than any Socialist.

FYI. Trump is deporting Cubans, but he is executing an agreement signed by the Obama Administration with the Cuban government. So how do you fault Trump for Executing the Laws on the books, which he swore an oath to do? Why is it that Democrats and liberal wannabes like you don't understand that the function of the Presidency is not to interpret laws and pick and choose them, but rather to Execute the laws on the books. You can vilify him all you want, but you just show everyone how ignorant you are of how this country works.
