Because we don't have those red flag laws. do you have any gun restrictions? Open carry in public or schools or churches? Schools, no. Though schools have their own police forces now. Churches would probably be okay if one has a carry permit. .As I mentioned, I recently saw a guy enter a local bank while openly carrying a big old 45 pistol in his shorts. No holster, just stuck in the waist band of his shorts. He went to the counter and did his business. No one batted an eye.
