Clearly he is - the attacks on minority women and hispanics establish his racism. The assertion that the judge in his Trump U case was unfit because he was Mexican was classic racism. And he clearly aspires to be an authoritarian ruler, like Hitler, Putin, Chairman Kim. He said he wants his people to applaud when he talks like the North Koreans do his friend, Chairman Kim.
