RE: Box bull outlines M&A potential Wells Fargo's Philip Winslow praises yesterday's disclosure of Starboard Value's stake in Box (NYSE: BOX), seeing the company as "an attractive acquisition candidate-consistent with reports from media outlets and a publicly-available M&A presentation provided to the board of directors of Salesforce.com." Winslow calculates a 5.2x multiple for BOX, or a warranted price of $22.68. Wells maintains an Outperform rating and $20 price target. Box has an Outperform average Sell Side rating.

Speaking of Cloud Based services. An old SITT pick, TDC has drawn my interest again. The price has come down considerably from where it was earlier in the year. IMO still an attractive TO candidate for a big cloud player. As you might remember Mr. Hurd of Oracle ran this company.

Oracle /Netsuite- Surprise - The deal apparently crossed the 50% threshold which wasn't expected.

P.S. Well there's always SAP/HPC/IBM/MSFT/CRM I have to add CRM just because this company would make a heck of a lot more sense that Twitter ever was. That is, in a Hypothetical stock deal for TDC.
