oh sure, you will see 40, it may take 6-12 months, but you should see it, if the Tech Sector makes a full recovery. But meanwhile, can you stand buying at 28 and watch it go to 24-25 ? Someone earlier called a trading range of 28-32, i belive this was optomistic. I think it is 26-30.
