"People all around the world don't like being spied upon."

Prove China or Huawei uses its technology to spy on anyone? Trump said this lie, everyone repeated it and now some of the less informed people believe it. How can Huawei be a "national security threat" and banned one day and not be a "national security threat" and unbanned the next? Ending the ban was China's precondition for resuming talks around the time of the G7. They didn't do in private. They issued a very public pre condition just before leaders of the world met to discuss economics. Trump gave in before the G7 so the entire world could see him capitulate. It was done very well.

Once again, China is putting a condition on any new talks and that condition is Huawei. We know where this is headed before talks begin.

Since the trade war is based on tariffs and the tariffs are illegal I don't need to spend a lot of time thinking about this particular crime that Trump is committing. Congress regulates foreign commerce. It's in Article 1 for a reason.
