<<3rd. party reimbursement>>

This may sound dumb, but could someone explain what this reimbursement means. I suspect it is an insurance terminology, but don't really know. Thanks in advance.

Aradu.

just wondering if you could explain the statement made by the CEO, Darby Macfarlane regarding SPRX, "The technology they are using, which has NOT
been proven to work, was developed several years ago. It wasn't accepted then
and it won't be now." see - I said nothing inflammatory.

PS - Arthur Guiry, the Prez., sold 30,000 shares on 12/1/97 at $14.75

from your post #874:"The technology they are using, which has NOT
been proven to work, was developed several years ago. It wasn't accepted then and it
won't be now. I'm sure when it is compared to our FDA APPROVED device ours will
come out on top. As Darby put it,they(SPRX) put the "cart before the horse". Setting
up distributors for something that has not been proven too work buy the FDA
standards does not make sense, but thats not for us to worry about at this point. If and
when they ever receive FDA approval (1-2 yrs) then we can consider them our
competition." - These are statements from the CEO, Darby Simpson Macfarlane, we agree on that - yes? Unfortunately, we have a problem.
If you can successfully answer the questions I will pose, then you should feel better in being long the stock, if you cannot, then you will ask yourself, "has Darby lied to us"? Don't worry, I already know the answer. We can do this in a civil fashion - I will be respectful and hopefully you will, too - agreed? #1 - Regarding SpectRX - "The technology they are using, which has NOT
been proven to work, was developed several years ago. It wasn't accepted then and it
won't be now." - This statement needs clarification.
