Jimmy,
The revenue was broken down into Rental Revenue, and Management Fees. I assumed that the Rental Revenue was for the hall they owned (and were selling to BNGO) and the Management Fees were for the ones they did not own. I agree, this could be wrong.

As far as the 3 halls losing money, I doubt it. BNGO shut down losing halls last year, so I think it would be unlikely that they would buy additional losing halls.
