Steve- I don't know you or him. I don't need to know the ins and outs of the customer systems because I trade at a firm. I personally don't see how daytraders at home would use the internet when there are better direct-connect systems out there. I assume they cost more, but this is risky business. If the others reading this thread can decipher and gain from your questions, fine. My point was that this thread, I thought, was for trading discussion, not system review. Whatever, I was annoyed at the moment because of the time wasted, that's the problem with this medium, you can't erase! -Alex
