The food you eat TJ is way above my pay grade. Always looks scrummy. Cooking is one of my favorite things to do -- besides eating. I cooked this today for lunch and one of my sons came over to help me consume it.. pan seared chicken thighs seasoned with tumeric, salt, pepper,& lime over a bed of rice noodles with Asian cabbabe and cucumbers topped with a herbs, peanuts, & sweet and spicy fish sauce. (herbs taken from garden)
