I read Michael Marks letter. The new business was really something and they are already at capacity restraints in places and will be buying a small ECM in SanJose. Anyone know who? But another thing he said was that from here on he expected to focus and grow mainly from internal means. Although I tend to think he will continue in acquisitions but at a less frenetic pace. But his focus on operations and internal growth brings up the subject matter of operating expenses and margins which we have addressed on this thread now and then and compared to Jabil. FLEXF seems to have with all its acquistions quite a bit of fixed charges and depreciation which hurts their margins. Anyway my guess is that you are going to see good margin improvement down the line and with the sales growth also this stock could really go. My problem is the April options and whether or not this operations improvement and sales growth will become visable and perceived. 18acastra indicated it often takes a quarterly report to make the stock realize on its potential. I hope the analysts stay in touch with this company.
