Hutch, The Clinton thing could be about gold in another way in that, in the past when ever a President gets in trouble or even if his ratings are taking a slide, they go out and kick some butt somewhere.
Right now he is said to be concentrating on the Saddam thing.
Would you be shocked if there was some military play with Saddam?
If there was such, what do you think will happen to the price of gold?

Me too. But do we have to replace him with Gore?! Heck, bring Reagan back, even though he has Alzheimers he will still do a better job.
