Frank, I doubt that the Clinton thing had anything to do with the weakness in the markets today, my opinion is, that the TSE led the way sliding downward as the Canadian dollar slid to an all time new low against the US Dollar, one that has never been realized since the inception of the the Canadian Dollar back in the 1870's. Thereby possibly putting pressure on The Bank of Canada to raise interest rates, however the Bank of Canada has a delema, since the rate of inflation has decreased from 0.9% to 0.70% thereby making their only justification for a rate raise is to keep the $Can dollar from falling any further, a very tough one for the Bank of Canada. In my opinion that is why the TSE was down over 100 points today, could be a huge buying opportunity for ACA as well as many Blue Chip stocks on the TSE today, since I really doubt that The Bank of Canada will raise interest rates, I fully expect the Bank of Canada to reduce interest rates considerably from where they are at present, by the end of the year.

ACA a steal at these prices, I wonder who the heck is willing to sell their shares at a loss???
