Good post, Mark. However, of the 3 war time necessities you mentioned, WE don't know that there is not a strategy in place. Nor, do we know that there isn't a piece of superior hardware lurking a week or two, or three weeks, away. We just don't see the tactics being carried out that WE think are necessary.
