I've looked back and can not find any direct reference for that info. but it could have been from one of the power point presentations as he mentioned that later on in that particular post. In case you want to check his entire statements, it was #4193.

It is interesting tho that if you take the present 18 centers and add the "one per week average" as some have indicated today you get exactly 70.
