Joe, I doubt the fellows who work at Novell are upset at you anymore than they are at the people who are determining their future...the BOD.

Management at NOVL sucks. Clueless they are about their future and unsympathetic they are to shareholders. The only support Novell has is that $1 billion in the bank and which seems to be growing very slooooooooooow.

Take that $1 billion from underneath NOVL and watch the company collapse in six months. Lets see, that $1 billion is worth a good $3/share. So we have NetWare worth a good $4/share or $1.2 billion.
What else do we have ? The Hummer must be worth at least $5,000 and the jet a cool $2 million (hey every penny counts). What's the BOD taking home ?

Anyway, I am off to Florida tommorrow for a nice two weeks.

Have you all a good time and may NOVL (wishful thinking) turn $12 by the time I get back.

V.K

Maybe they are afraid you will get the call from Noorda when he's fed up

After all the only thing that will get this company going is a kick ass director or two installed by an alliance of fed-up institutional investors and large shareholders.

Until then its tutu in the sky with diamonds, flying in for his 10K
