My Fellow Gold REPresentatives (MFGREP), you seem to have started to run with the ball here when there is no cause and that game is essentialy over. The issues with the ASE are effectively minimized. If the ASE had serious problems and legitimate gripes they could have been finalized and lodged long ago. The reason for constant delays on their part is.....? You fill in the blank, but the answer is NOT that they have an iron clad case and serious issues which must be addressed in any timely fashion. Regarding your brokers issues, this is very old news indeed for any large brokerage house. They have plenty of pressure for steady and dependable returns and must ensure a narrow band of criteria to accompany any stock added to the portfolio which if not followed will oust many a stock. Having had problems with any other exchange, legitimate or not, makes it an automatic red flag. This does NOT represent careful analysis of the company being flagged, it is merely an institutionlized and standardized decision making process that doesn't ever bother to weigh evidence in either direction. Making most decisions no brainers for the broker on the phone is the goal of these large institutions. The confidence level in Naxos is mostly derived from the parties who have joined in the project to help Naxos prove its point and the very impressive COC, certified results coming out of said collaberations. You can't argue with numbers and you can't challenge the integrity of the parties involved in the unbiased, third pary testing. They have much greater reputations at stake than does Naxos. Don't get shaken by old news and stale issues. Look at where we are and the staggering numbers we have seen. It is real and it has been verified. The number one most important next step is to prove just how much is really there. Many other things will flow from that proof. Good luck and hang in. Get used to the roller coaster, its all part of the Naxos Six Flags adventure. Regards, Tom F.
