<<I have a stupid question for anyone. Did I understand correctly that BAY had service
revenue of 64 millions (or about 10% of total)? Service revenue should be pretty high
margin. Who and what are they servicing? >>

I have talked to BAY regarding this in the past and I am told that the strategy is to service (installation/consulting)the top fortune 50 accounts across the country with this service team - although it doesn't always work that way. I've seen BAY engineers at several smaller accounts other than fortune 50. I guess if the client complains enough, BAY will send their own service staff out as opposed to going through the channel.
