You can count on this - some of us have spoken to all of the customers and then some>> You indicate that you have spoken with all of their customers and then some - are you an analyst? With which firm? As for me, the answer is no different, I have seen this at a number of service providers. Also, when I have asked opinion from the users they all have raved about the equipment.
